We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
- Contact us at email@example.com for information on where to send your return.
- You may send the return using a courier of your choice. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.
- Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
- You may keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
- We can only accommodate exchanges for specific items only
- Any items that are on sale are FINAL. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
